We are planning for another great festival including live
music, crafters, children's rides and activities, great food, and new this year will be a
Bluebird Trail.
Take the opportunity to come learn about a remarkable natural and
cultural resource: Eastern Bluebirds! The NE Bluebird Trail to be held on Main Street
and Evergreen roads consists of 9 different stations across town, from 11:00 a.m.-4:00
p.m. Our community is providing an opportunity for children and adults to conduct
numerous hands-on learning activities-all connected to birds. Fun for all ages!
Some activities featured are Bluebird Bingo, Fill the Bill, Aves Parent Trap, and Birding
Olympics.

Honoring former Plumsted Township Committeeman and environmental steward Kenneth H. Francis. Ken spent much of his free time educating the community about the importance of Crosswicks Creek as well as advocating for a system of land and water trails along the creek in New Egypt and beyond. He also ran a successful kayak and canoe rental business in New Egypt for many years. Please join us to help celebrate Ken's life and to enjoy the natural beauty of the
Crosswicks Creek!
2 - 5 Mile Kayak/Canoe Tour or 9 Mile Kayak/Canoe Race
Start: Oakford Lake, New Egypt, NJ
Both events take place on the historic Crosswicks Creek.
RACE - $25 thru October 10th, $35 thereafter and $40 on race day.
TOUR - $15 thru October 10th, $25 thereafter and $30 on race day.
