Description: This workshop will focus on the State's water allocation process, and how groundwater withdrawals for public water supplies and golf courses can impact streamflow and water quality of streams, rivers and wetlands. A hands-on component will show participants how to analyze NJ Department of Environmental Protection documents to determine loss of surface water flow and potential impacts of water withdrawals to threatened and endangered species.
