Description: Dr. Jay Kelly, Instructor of Biology and Environmental Science at Raritan Valley Community College, will discuss the rare and endangered flora of New Jersey. The talk will focus on the flora from the Pine Barrens, streams, marshes and shores of the Barnegat Bay Watershed to illustrate the larger issues of rare plant species conservation in the Garden State.
