Heritage Minerals Site

In 1978, by Federal legislation, approximately one million acres of land in Southern New Jersey was designated as the “Pinelands National Reserve”, but in 1979 when the New Jersey Legislature enacted the Pinelands Protection Act about 221,000 acres were not included with the boundaries of the “Pinelands Area”.

No Sewer Service Area Change for Cedar Run Dock Road (2008)

In 2008, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) entered into an “intent to settle” of litigation brought by John Yoder, (Horn, Tyson, and Yoder, Inc.) that would change Stafford’s Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) along Cedar Run Dock Road, Stafford Township, Ocean County from a “proposed sewer service area to existing development only” to a “proposed sewer service area.”
