Your Chef for the evening:

Your food is being prepared by the exceptional culinary staff of Jeffrey A. Miller Catering.  Jeffrey and his staff set themselves a challenge for this special farm-to-table dinner.  All the ingredients will come from farms within a 100-mile radius of the Rancocas Creek Farm.  This challenge has led them down some creative culinary paths!

Chef/Owner Jeffrey Miller had the privilege to apprentice at some of the most revered restaurants in New York (La Cote Basque, Le Cirque, An American Place, Bouley) and on the Continent (France’s Michelin-starred Moulin de Mougins, and London’s Simpsons-in-the-Strand). The creativity in presentation, emphasis on freshness, and attention to detail that he learned at these world-class restaurants have helped create the high standards that define Jeffrey Miller cuisine today.

Your Hosts

The Pinelands Preservation Alliance is a nonprofit organization established in 1989 to protect New Jersey’s Pineland National Reserve so all people can enjoy the benefits of open space, fresh air and clean water.  In addition to our advocacy work, the Alliance operates Pinelands Adventures, an outdoor recreation program aimed at fostering public understanding of and devotion to the Pinelands, and Rancocas Creek Farm, a regenerative, chemical-free farm devoted to caring for nature and feeding our community with healthy, sustainably grown food. We work hard to be good stewards of our soils, our water and biodiversity.  Rancocas Creek Farm operates a CSA providing fresh, chemical-free produce to shareholders, sells to local restaurants, and donates food to those in need.

Jeffrey A. Miller Catering is the exclusive caterer for events at the Pinelands Preservation Alliance.  Their catered events at the Pinelands Preservation Alliance, and at other venues in the region, promote sustainability, generate revenue, and raise awareness for our mission-driven organization.  They endeavor to promote sustainability through their operation.

Enjoy an experience like nothing you have had before…

This dinner will help spread the word about the value and creative possibilities of enjoying locally-grown ingredients from regenerative farms.
