Pinelands National Reserve – Wilderness Remains

This non-narrative nature film is a carefully curated visual and sonic experience of the wild areas of the Pinelands National Reserve. There is no spoken word or descriptive text, the interpretation of scenes is left to the viewer. Chapter titles are based on season and habitat. Carefully chosen field audio and a musical selection by ambient composer Christopher Zabriskie help guide the visual experience.
We will begin the online event with an introduction to the film by PPA Staff through a Zoom live-stream meeting and staff will be available on Zoom after the film for a 30-minute Q&A session.
A link to the film and Zoom meeting will be provided for those that sign-up for the release.
Please use the best screen and speakers available and test your ability to stream videos on these platforms before the scheduled showing. This film runs for approximately 40-minutes and should be considered an on-going work. Additional footage and chapters will be included in future releases.
